Rick & Don Lewis are experienced real estate investors & property flippers who have been in the industry for almost a decade - renovating, flipping & reselling homes. The Lewis Brothers and their team have been buying houses across the GTA for the last several years. They’ve paired their background in contracting and construction with their passion for real estate, to take ‘unsellable’ homes and make them beautiful. They specialize in single family flips & duplex conversions. Creating both signature homes that sell quickly on the market, and income properties that generate positive cash flow every month.

For over 15 years, Rick & Don Lewis excelled in the construction industry - renovating homes and working with industry leading Interior Designers to create dream renovations.

We pair our certifications in Architectural Technology & Project Management with our hands on skills & love for renovations. We have completed hundreds of renovations over the years, and our work has been featured in numerous publications. We've always had a passion for renovating, and have succeeded in helping clients create dream spaces and add value to their homes.

Since the beginning, we've always valued that we are brothers first and business partners second. We thrive on our ability to connect with our clients, and we know the importance of a strong and connected team.

Over the years we talked about how our business wasn't giving us the Freedom, Wealth and Lifestyle that aligned with our goals. Tridium has since then shifted fully into Real Estate Investing and we have created our own true Freedom, Wealth and Lifestyle!

We've always had a knack for real estate, so the transition into real estate investing and flipping properties has allowed us to thrive. We have successfully and efficiently flipped multiple properties; for HUGE profits and FREEDOM of creativity in our visions. We have learnt to focus on what we are good at and partner with others to create a WIN-WIN for our team.
